Bespoke approach
Osler Wellness retreats are structured around the concept of health and longevity. Each participant will receive a Comprehensive Lifestyle Assessment with a medically trained family physician prior to attending. Based upon the needs and requirements of each individual, your doctor will advise on the most beneficial.
Programmes
Understanding what your challenges are is the first step to wellness. Using the latest medical knowledge and collaborating with expert partners, our health and wellness experts will address your needs whether it be sleep, weight-loss, nutrition, gut health or fitness goals. We have experts who can address your specific needs.
Medically-led Retreats
All our retreats are curated and led by medically trained doctors. This means that clients receive personalised medical information and guidance based upon their individual needs. Not only will you receive a full medical analysis before attending the retreat, our experienced doctors will be on hand to discuss your needs and guide you to better health for the long term.
Location
Our retreats are hosted in the tranquil environment of Como Point Yamu, Phuket. The resort benefits from striking pool villas, located on the tip of Cape Yamu, giving magnificent views of Phang Nga Bay. COMO Point Yamu offers Italian, Thai or healthy COMO Shambhala Cuisine to maximise energy and wellbeing.
